• Work along with the IT Group to fix Home.
• Remittance Product problems and automation initiatives using SFTP and API.
• Point of Contact for any IT-related Home Remittance Business growth.
• Ensuring that all overseas correspondents are properly informed on the bank’s remittance products, that they receive the best level of customer care, and that all of their demands are promptly and expertly satisfied.
• In charge of generating revenue and making sure that all assigned revenue and fee income objectives are met.
• Daily liaison with current partnerships for the growth of the business.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders, SBP, and partnerships to ensure a seamless onboarding.
• Adherence to BOP SOPs, SBP Prudential, and other external rules.
